Bookings are generally only possible on a weekly basis, from Saturday [not before 15:00] to the next Saturday [not later than 10:00]. We expect you to pay 20% as a deposit of the total sum within one week after you have booked. 60 days before arrival we expect you to have paid the remainder of the money. Payments are to be made by transfer. The rent price includes:: light / water / gas for cooking bedding (pillow covers, duvet etc.) TV use of barbecue parking space final cleaning of the holiday flat (the cleaning of the cooking area has to be done by the guests) On the day of your arrival we expect you to pay the bond of 150,- € that is returnable upon no damage occuring to the flat. The price is for up to 4 guests - for each additional guest (up to 6) an extra payment of 50,- € per week is expected.
